eStream, which is a European funded programme focussed on the use of streaming media in education, has recently published its fourth report, entitled "Transnational Exchanges of Streaming Material" This publication was written by ATiT staff members Mathy Vanbuel and Mieke Bijnens and can be downloaded from the eStream website or here.

The report about the eStream workshop, hosted by ATiT in Leuven in May, is now available on-line from the eSTREAM web site. This report contains the presentations given as well as notes from the individual sessions. Photos taken at the seminar are also available form the same site.

ATiT hosted a lively Best Practice Seminar on Video Streaming in Europe in Leuven from 26 - 28 May in the context of the eSTREAM project which attracted over 40 participants from all over Europe.

Karolien François recently finalised a short movie demonstrating how streaming works. The flash movie is aimed at the education and training community as part of ATiT's contribution to the eSTREAM project. The first results of the EU-funded eStream project are ready! The publication called "Streaming Media in the Classroom" gathers best-practises and endeavours both technological and pedagogical issues around the educational use of streaming media. Download it here.
